From Libivis, the information on the status of the order is excellent, you will be updated step by step by the staff; you will know when your order is processed.
You will then be notified as soon as your package is dispatched from our warehouses.
We remind you that from when the package is dispatched, it takes about 24/48 hours to have it at your home!

From the payment, the shipment takes place within 24/48 working hours.
This is compatibly with the following conditions:
Immediate availability of the products ordered.
Orders paid by 3.30 pm, compatibly with the availability of the products, will be processed the same day.
Orders paid and received on Friday afternoon after 3.30 pm will be processed on the following Monday as the courier does not carry out the goods collection service on Saturdays.
Delivery to Islands and Calabria: 48h/72h.

Of course, all our shipments travel in compliance with privacy laws.
If you have difficulty being present when the courier arrives, it is still possible to have the package delivered to a neighbour, indicating in the notes, at the time of the order, your name, surname and street number: it will not be in any possible way to trace the contents of the package.

The package will be at your home in 24/48 working hours! However, you will be contacted in advance via email by the courier on the day of delivery.
Delivery to Islands and Calabria: 48h/72h.

Send an email to customer@libivis.com with your name, surname and order number, explaining your problem and sending us photos of the damaged product(s).
Libivis, after having read the problem, will contact you and in the case of non-compliant or damaged goods, will arrange to make a new delivery with the replacement products completely at its own expense.
The courier will deliver after collecting the package with the non-functioning products. To make the exchange easier, we recommend preparing a package to return to the courier.

Send an email to customer@libivis.com or contact us on the mobile number +39.3519887081 (office hours) or via whatsapp on +39.3519887081, specifying your name, surname and order number, listing the products to be replaced (with relative code site). The products to be returned must be all intact, unopened, and complete with packaging.
Libivis will take care of everything and the procedures followed are as follows:

1. if the incorrect order was for an amount of less than €89.00
   You will be charged an additional €7.00 for the return service.
   For the subsequent order of replacement products, it remains valid that for amounts exceeding € 89.00 the delivery costs are free.
2. If the incorrect order was for an amount exceeding € 89.00
   You will be charged €12.20: €6.10 for the return service + €6.10 for collecting the parcel with the wrong products (the €6.10 for collecting the parcel with the wrong products is due to Libivis even if previously, having placed an order exceeding € 89.00, this expense had not been charged to you. This is because Libivis has provided for the regular payment of the courier and the delivery was found to have been made “empty” for personal reasons of the customer and not for reasons related to Libivis.
   For the next order, the fact remains that for amounts over €59.99 the delivery costs are free.

Both in case 1 and 2
Libivis will arrange delivery after collection. When the courier delivers the new package, you will collect the one with the unwanted products (we advise you to organize yourself by preparing a package to be returned to the courier, so that the exchange is easy and practical).
As soon as the package with the unwanted products returns to our warehouses, and after having inspected the products and their integrity, we will refund the amount referring to the replaced products. You will then be notified by email of the refund. A call from Libivis staff will also follow.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that:

1. The number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
   In case of non-correspondence, report to the courier the number of parcels actually collected and the number of parcels resulting from the transport document, the courier must affix the note to the accompanying document;
2. The packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials.

Any damages must be reported immediately to the courier making the delivery, adding the wording ‘Subject to control of goods’ to the accompanying document and communicated immediately to customer@libivis.com.
Warning: should you accept the goods delivered by the courier without making reservations, you will not be able to make any type of claim against Libivis at a later time, for any shortages or damage due to transport. In this case, the responsibility lies exclusively with the courier.
We also specify that the wording “Intact package, I accept subject to control” is not taken into consideration by the courier who, therefore, does not accept complaints.
The control of the goods must ALWAYS be carried out at the time of delivery.
