We remind you that from when the package is dispatched, it takes about 24/48 hours to have it at your home!
From the payment, the shipment takes place within 24/48 working hours.
This is compatibly with the following conditions:

Orders paid by 3.30 pm, compatibly with the availability of the products, will be processed the same day.
Orders paid and received on Friday afternoon after 3.30 pm will be processed on the following Monday as the courier does not carry out the goods collection service on Saturdays.

If you have difficulty being present when the courier arrives, it is still possible to have the package delivered to a neighbour, indicating in the notes, at the time of the order, your name, surname and street number: it will not be in any possible way to trace the contents of the package.

Libivis, after having read the problem, will contact you and in the case of non-compliant or damaged goods, will arrange to make a new delivery with the replacement products completely at its own expense.
The courier will deliver after collecting the package with the non-functioning products. To make the exchange easier, we recommend preparing a package to return to the courier.

The products to be returned must be all intact, unopened, and complete with packaging.
Libivis will take care of everything and the procedures followed are as follows:

Libivis will arrange delivery after collection. When the courier delivers the new package, you will collect the one with the unwanted products (we advise you to organize yourself by preparing a package to be returned to the courier, so that the exchange is easy and practical).
As soon as the package with the unwanted products returns to our warehouses, and after having inspected the products and their integrity, we will refund the amount referring to the replaced products. You will then be notified by email of the refund. A call from Libivis staff will also follow.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that:
Any damages must be reported immediately to the courier making the delivery, adding the wording ‘Subject to control of goods’ to the accompanying document and communicated immediately to customer@libivis.com.
Warning: should you accept the goods delivered by the courier without making reservations, you will not be able to make any type of claim against Libivis at a later time, for any shortages or damage due to transport. In this case, the responsibility lies exclusively with the courier.
We also specify that the wording “Intact package, I accept subject to control” is not taken into consideration by the courier who, therefore, does not accept complaints.
The control of the goods must ALWAYS be carried out at the time of delivery.

When you have finished choosing the products, open the shopping cart (at the top of the site): you will find the field in which to enter the coupon code.
Click “apply coupon” and the discount will be calculated automatically.

Each package sent by Farmaermann is accompanied by a regular invoice.
Furthermore, by accessing your user area, if you are registered on the libivis.com website, you will be able to print the invoices for your orders whenever you wish.
